Summary 0000344: Adjustable ALT button for A590
Description The ability to use a button other than PRINT to bring up the ALT menu is useful for underwater photographers, as many underwater housings do not give access to the PRINT button.

This change is intended to add this feature to the A590 by allowing the user to select either PRINT or DISPLAY to bring up the ALT menu.

The attached diff is NOT tested, but it is based on the same modification for the A570 that was added to the trunk in build 911.
